For Medical Practices
FloX builds the systems, automation, and technical structure that make healthcare operations scalable, manageable, and easier to run.
We help your team reduce operational friction, manual work, and process breakdowns.
Book a CallWhat We Hear Every Day
Claims come back denied from different payers, for different reasons, at different times. No system flagging it, no process to catch it upstream. The money is gone before you know it happened.
Referrals, prior auth requests, lab results, patient records. They come in by fax because that's how healthcare still works. And your team is processing them by hand because nobody has built anything better yet.
A vendor promised it would solve everything and left you holding a contract. Six months in, your staff hasn't adopted it and you don't know if it's the tool or the implementation. Neither does anyone else.
Appointment reminders go out but no-shows don't get caught. Referrals get sent and never confirmed. The workflow exists on paper, not in practice.
We implement the tracking, visibility, and automation needed to catch claim problems before they become lost revenue. Your team spends less time reacting and more time preventing issues upstream.
Referrals, prior auth, and patient records still move through fax-heavy processes. We implement the intake systems, routing, and automation that reduce manual handling and keep information moving reliably.
Sometimes the problem is the software. More often it's the implementation. We assess the gaps, rebuild the setup, improve adoption, and make sure the technology supports the way your practice actually operates.
We implement the systems and automation behind reminders, follow-up, referral tracking, and patient communication so fewer things fall through the cracks.
The Process
01
We start inside the operation: billing systems, intake processes, referrals, communication, and the tools your team relies on every day. We identify the bottlenecks, manual work, disconnected systems, and implementation gaps creating operational drag.
02
We define what needs to be fixed first, what can be automated, and what systems need to change. Clear priorities, realistic implementation steps, and a plan your team can actually support.
03
We implement the systems, automation, and operational support behind the fix. Your team gets training, visibility, and hands-on support through adoption so the improvements actually stick.
Free Practice Assessment
Most practice owners are surprised by what turns up. It takes about ten minutes and gives you a clear picture of where to focus first.

"We brought Carl in because our billing was a mess. Within 90 days we had closed the gaps, standardized the workflow, and our team actually understood the system. The difference was immediate."Medical Practice Owner, Independent Primary Care
Before You Book
Timeline
Most practice engagements run 60 to 90 days for the initial build phase. That's enough time to get into the actual workflow, fix what's broken, and leave the team running it. Some practices continue with monthly support after that. There's no multi-year contract.
How Carl Works
Carl embeds into your practice. On-site or closely involved, not sending reports from a distance. He works alongside your staff, not around them. By the time the engagement ends, at least one person on your team knows the system well enough to own it.
Is This a Fit
This works best for independent or small-group practices that have a billing, workflow, or technology problem they've been managing around for too long. If you're part of a large hospital system with a full IT department, Carl is probably not the right fit.
